Our sixth Portuguese lesson; and I did have to read a sentence out loud in class! But it wasn’t
as bad as all that, and I was no worse than anyone else.
Before we went home we went to pick up our new cooker
(‘Rayburn’ type); it was put into the back of our truck by a fork lift truck –
it’s jolly heavy. Mark (& Pam), Matt (workawayers) and Gary came to
help us lift it off the back of the truck; it all went very smoothly and much
easier than I thought it would and I love my new cooker!!!! I can’t wait to
have a proper kitchen to put it in.
It didn’t rain today; but it was very cold this evening, we
put an extra blanket on the bed.
Weird cloud foundation tonight!
